The Villa is new from April 2009. Set in its own delightful private gardens, with seating area and BBQ. It also has gated access and secure private parking.
Inside, the Villa comprises 4 double bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms, a large kitchen/ breakfast room and large reception room. There is also a vast 30 sq.m. roof terrace overlooking the pool and mountains.
Overall there is a sense of space, tranquillity and privacy whilst still being close to the rest of Chez Ami and a stone’s throw from the village. The ideal setting for large families who want their own personal space. Sleeps 8 plus cot.

There are six spacious apartments situated over three floors.
Ground Floor: Apartments 1 and 4, both have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room and a large covered terrace overlooking the pool complex. Sleeps 6 plus cot. Apartment 4 has wheelchair access and hand rails in the bathrooms.
First Floor: Apartments 2 and 5, both have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room and a large covered terrace overlooking the pool complex, with good mountain views.
Top Floor: Apartments 3 and 6 are our penthouse apartments, both have 2 very large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large reception room, a fully equipped kitchen and an open terrace with stunning views. Sleeps 4-6 plus cot.
