Chez Ami is a stunning new holiday development in the South of France, comprising eight self catering properties: The Villa, the Village House and six spacious two and three bedroom apartments.

Chez Ami is located in the Languedoc Roussillon region of Southern France. Close to sandy Mediterranean beaches, the Pyrenees mountains and the Spanish border, it is hard to imagine a more perfect setting.

From September until April Chez Ami is the perfect setting for long term winter lets. Whether you want a base to hunt for that dream place to buy in France/Northern Spain or whether you just want a luxurious home for those winter months, Chez Ami is for you.

The properties are luxurious and fully equipped for long term lets, each property also has a huge private terrace to enjoy the warm winter days. All the properties have heating.

Chez Ami is a perfect base for those seeking a relaxing escape from British winters. Whether you are seeking a tranquil environment to sit and read in the sun or more activity, you can have it at Chez Ami. The area is great for walking, cycling, bird watching, sailing and all sorts of other activities.

Set in a small historic village, Chez Ami is quiet and yet only a stone's throw from village shops, bar and restaurants. Breakfast croissants from the local boulangerie can be purchased in the time it takes to boil the kettle.
